These are such a cute extra detail that you can add for little cost to any Mario or Nintendo themed video game Party. I had recently made these for my daughters Yoshi Party, but originally made them for my son’s Mario Party birthday. At both of the parties these cute mushroom pouches served a fun purpose while adding a unique detail to the parties for all the invited guests.

As promised, I will show in this post a step-by-step process of how to create these really cute Yoshi Loot Bags.The best part is they really are very simple and super unique.
These are not your average party hats, the kids actually enjoy wearing them! I initially made these Mario & Luigi party hats for my sons Mario Party themed birthday party, and they were a huge hit! Since then, I have made them for several “Nintendo themed” parties, and they always seem to be a cool party element that guests enjoy.
Now I am going to show you in a step-by-step how to video, how you can make these unique party hats yourself for FREE or very little cost! Best of all, I developed an exclusive Free template to share with you. Depending on what color poster board you choose to make your party hats, you can make Mario, Luigi, Wario and even Waluigi party hats for your guests.

“Yoshi, Mario, & Luigi and don’t forget the Power up and 1-Up mushrooms, we can put those on the green frosting part of the cake Mommy”, she said to me in such a descriptive way. I wasn’t quite sure how I was going to pull this off, but my daughter had her own idea of how she wanted her 6th Birthday Party to come together. She requested her party theme to be a jumble of Nintendo characters, but among all of them, her favorite was Yoshi. So off to work I went trying to figure out how I can make this birthday Party theme special, unique, and include Yoshi as one of the prominent characters.
